Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104

The TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is suitable for people responsible for development and training of individuals and groups, and for those with responsibility for the development of assessment tools and procedures within a workplace learning environment.  This qualification will enable participants to develop the competencies requires to perform the role of a skilled trainer, facilitator and assessor in the workplace and/or a VET environment.

While there are no explicit entry requirements for TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, learners are expected to enter the qualification from an area of vocational competence which they will practice as a trainer or assessor (or be currently developing this vocational competence). There are underlying language and literacy skill requirements and it is assumed that the learner has oral and written language and communication skills at a level that enables them to undertake the units.

Your Needs

We specialise in flexible course delivery to suit participant/organisational needs. We have training facilities and resources in Wollongong, Mittagong, Nowra and Goulburn as well as access to a range of venues across NSW. We train Australia wide. We can also provide customised in-house training at times and venues to suit.

Self-paced materials are available if you wish to undertake the qualification at your own pace.  In some circumstances, we may allow an individual to undertake assessment only.  If you have special needs, let us know and we will talk with you about how we can help.
